Question / Help NVENC

if I had two video cards with NVENC will OBS Be able to use both.
note this would be in a non SLI Setup?

Yes you can specify which GPU to use.

But can you both at the same time to dubble the amount of rendering power by rendering different frames?

No, that's not possible and quite useless.
