NVENC

I do not get the option to use the NVENC in the OBS version 26.0.2. windows 10, 64 bit

Dell inspiron CPU: i7-8550U
2 GPUs: NVIDIA GeForce MX130 and Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

I am getting overloaded CPU and the resulting 50fps and 4k mp4 is really poor (video is not smooth, seconds of "frozen" video, while audio runs normally)

Any advice please?
How to enable a HW encoder? Is there any?
Which settings do you recoment if I want 4k 50 fps video showing how to work with an application (the only movement is a mouse pointer)

This looks like you need to contact Nvidia or Microsoft. It looks like your Nvidia graphics card is Disabled and you need to ask them how to enable it.

Your Nvidia GPU doesn't support NVENC. x264 or QuickSync are your encoding options. Post a log file with streaming/recording sessions if you want additional help, somebody will chime in.

many thanks
I attach the log file as requested - the very last recording session: 4k 50fps, many discarded frames, very broken (unsmooth) motion
the NVIDIA card is not disabled - during the coding both integrated and NVIDIA card are engaged (shown by Task manager)
