Hi,
I hope someone can help me, I normally stream a 50,000kb/s NVENC stream to my Nginx server which is then transcoded and sent to twitch. However I recently was forced to get the windows 10 creators update and now it seems I'm only able to get 25,000 kb/s in NVENC even if I try recording, but x264 works fine @ 50,000.
I am on the latest NVidia driver version 384.94 and have turned off all the game mode settings that come with the creators update.
Any suggestions on what else I can try to fix this? Thank you in advance.
