NVENC Recording Problem

Hello
I have a Recording Problem with my NVENC codec.
when I use x264, it's ok.
But when I use NVENC, The recording and streaming looks like it.
My setting
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz
RAM 16GB
Gefore GTX 1050

And I did All Nvidia and AMD chipset driver updates.
