Okay so I tried streaming Paragon yesterday on both twitch and youtube and I noticed a weird problem.Although obs studio said there are no "dropped frames" my framerate while using NVENC was constantly dropping below 60FPS,sometimes going in the 30's.Paragon was running fine, the game itself never dropped below 60FPS infact it stayed in the 80-120 range throughout my entire gameplay.I should mention I have a GTX1080 and a 6700k.
Because I was streaming in 1080p 10k bitrate I thought I might be overloading the video engine but in hwmonitor it stayed at 20%.Despite that I tried streaming at 720p 3k just to make sure it is not the quality that's the issue and boom I was right, even at that low of a bitrate it still went much below 60fps.Lastly I tried using QuickSync and it never went below 60fps even at 1080p 10k 60FPS.I know it's a stupid thing to complain about but why is that happening and why is my stream stuttering while using Nvenc while the game's running just fine?Using Latest nvidia drivers, latest obs and latest Windows 10 creators update.
edit:Found the problem:It was poor video memory overclock.I had my memory to +200,when I dialed it back to +100 everything fixed itself.
