Hey guys,
im finally moving from SLOBS to OBS and 90% of the switch is done (implementing Streamelements, importing my Layouts / Alerts, configurating sources etc.)
Yesterday I started my first stream with OBS and everything went great. Until I switched to my "Gaming" scene... I played Rocket Leage which I capped at 240fps. (Normally I would get 220fps or something with the stream running)
Now i only got 50 Fps. I looked at my Task manager and the CPU was at 5%. My graphics card was at 35%-50%.
The stream was looking okay, but the viewers could see a little stutter going on.
Same issue with valorant. (and no performance issues hardware wise)
The issue persists no matter if I turn game mode on or off.
The only difference in the Output / Video settings compared to SLOBS is that I am downscaling my resolution (1440p to 1080p). In Slobs I accidently used 1920x1080 as base res.
Can this or the touch portal plugin can cause the problems?

CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12x 3.80GHz
RAM : 32GB Crucial Ballistix (DDR4-3200)
MotherBoard : Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite AMD
Graphic Cards : Palit GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
Keyboard : Cherry MX Board 5.0
Monitor : Red Eagle iiyama @144hz @1440p
Operating System : Windows 10 |||
Res: 2560*1440
