This is a log right after I received a "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details" window in an attempt to record my display locally. I've reinstalled my drivers twice now, once from the Geforce Experience application and another straight from Nvidia's driver download page. Both of these have only gotten NVENC to work temporarily, and either after a computer restart or opening OBS a few times, I get this error. Haven't had this issue before the update. Appreciate any and all insight.
