Question / Help NVENC good for my specs?

So currently I have tried using x264 but my recordings come out as trash so I’m wondering if using NVENC will help me, I recently ordered a gtx 1050 ti, and I have a AMD FX-6300 so will it work goods? And also if you have a good setup for the settings that would be helpful, thanks!

Yes since this will offload the encoding to you GPU that has way more power than your CPU.
