NVENC Error: Too Many concurrent sessions.

Getting this error all the time now, when I previously didn't. Running a 3080 TI with Shadowplay and DVR, etc turned off. Restarting computer doesn't fix it. The only way to fix it is to turn off my camera and then start recording then turn my camera on. Attached is my log files. If anyone can help me out that would be appreciated.

Out of memory - check memory status.
Max 3 OpenEncodeSessionEx (old drivers can run only 2), if you use patch can run 32 session.

The max audio buffering is a new issue that I will fix. For the encoding sessions I guess downloading the patch is what I should try next. Thanks for the help.
