NVENC Encoder stream looks like FPS drops

Hi, new on this forum so welcome everybody :)
I have a strange setup because I'm running an AMD RX 5600 XT GPU and NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti that left from my old PC. The GTX is only set to encode videos on OBS. Nothing connected to it. RX running at x16 GTX at x4. My stream look like I'm dropping FPS hard sometimes. But in-game FPS goes strong and OBS does not report any errors/lags/lost frames apart one from logs:

[jim-nvenc] init_session: nv.nvEncOpenEncodeSessionEx(&params, &enc->session) failed: 2 (NV_ENC_ERR_UNSUPPORTED_DEVICE)

GTX utilization about 30% while encoding. Running native 1050p60fps (monitor resolution). Same situation on 720p. OBS running as admin.

Preview video: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/671581945 (0:35 for example)
Tried a lot of settings and nothing changes. Is it because my setup? :) I know it's not ideal to have different GPUs but I want to see if it will work. If not will sell old GTX and leave it on only on RX/CPU.

You get this error message in the log, because OBS isn't able to use some advanced nvenc feature that is only available, if OBS is running on the nvidia GPU. OBS is falling back to the conventional nvenc and is encoding fine. According to the log, your recording should be flawless. No dropped frames, no encoding hag. If it is actually not flawless, well, the log doesn't give a hint unfortunately.
