Question / Help NVENC Encoder issue.

So i have been trying to use my new nivida gpu to record some gameplay. I cannot seem to find the error and im not very good with this heres the issue im getting. Aswell as i have the latest drivers.

I do not now the problem if you could tell me that would be great
 
I'm pretty sure the 930mx doesn't support nvenc, but you need to follow the laptop troubleshooting guide first.
