NVENC Encoder crash during stream

Hey everyone! First time poster here, but after a lot of googling and repair attempts, I had to post here hoping someone can help me out. I've been streaming with OBS for years and after taking a break from streaming, I come back to a LOT of problems. I managed to fix most of them, but the one that keeps persisting is an encoding error that happens when I'm about to hit 2 hours of being live. My most recent one happened at 1 hour and 40 mins, and I could only tell it happened because I heard the windows notification noise, since there's no lag or any other issues happening whenever it crashes.
