Hey guys!
I am streaming on Mixer using the FTL protocol, i have an issue that:
1. in OBS studio my frames showed in the footer bar are always 57-58 fps and never reach 60fps
2. the frames are dropping always like 0.6-1.0%
Point 1. is fixed in slobs using obs 23. base and were fixed in obs 2 days ago but now is doing this weird thing.
Streamsettings:
1280x720/60fps
bitrate 5000-10000, tried them all, but I have to add that in the footer bar of obs, if I put 5k it is not stable at 5k like 4.5-6k mixing around

I tried different settings, even lowering these settings, but nothing changed, i am using a gtx 980 and using NDI as transfer protocol from gaming rig to streaming rig.
My log file says something like "loosing frames for connection" or something but idunno man dont seems to me like a huge different if my stream always is over 4500k, should be enough for 720p60fps :/
But I have to say that using FTL my connection, even if it is not stable gets up to 10k bitrate but using RTMP only 2.5-3.5k, I tested the new "Automatic bitrate adapter" from obs 24 but still the same issue, frames dropping.
