Bug Report NVENC causes black screen on my stream

Hello, ever since I updated OBS to latest verison and enabled NVENC feature, my stream is always black screen even though it shows that am LIVE.
Although, whenever I was using the previous test build 0.60 build 9, it was working fine.
 
You need to include a log file so we can see if it reported any error.
