Bug Report NVENC BSOD (Watchdog Violation)

Whenever I try and use NVENC it ends up BSOD'ing my PC with the DPC Watchdog Violation error. Only NVENC though. Any idea what's up?

I wanted to report that I also have this error. However, I only have this error when I use my Elgato HD 60 Pro. If I use my Elgato HD 60 I can use the NVENC encoder just fine without issue.

I was getting this kind of error a few times before and in most cases, it's related to drivers or firmware of solid-state drive.
