Nvenc breaks recording

Hello this is my second post and I still have the same issue

Don't use windows video player to play videos... it has more issues than anything.

Use VLC. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Disable it in windows

set you main display refresh rate to 120hz in windows
set the second display to 60 hz
