When I go to Settings > Output > Encoder, x264 is the only option. I want to use obs with NVENC. I know about the quality implications.
I know nvenc works because shadowplay works. I have a GTX 970.
Before upgrading to Windows 10, I could see nvenc.
I have since re-installed windows 10 and my graphics drive straight from nvidia, and I still don't see nvenc as an encoder option.
I have searched the forum and I haven not found another discussion on this, so I wonder if something unusual is going on.
Any suggestions?
