Question / Help NVENC 60fps not compatible with YouTube 60fps?

Every time I upload my local files (NVENC, 20k bitrate, 60fps) it uploads on youtube in 60fps (1080p60) (of course it looks like 60 fps ;) ) but after few hours it is reduced to 30fps:/

Any idea why ?:/

Not sure is this helping but I would assume its same thing. If you record with Shadowplay you will not lose any performance loss (for local recordings) and yo ucan get even 1080p60fps easy, and its compatible with youtube. Not sure about OBS, just throwing that here.
