Question / Help Nvenc 3000 Bitrate lock

Hey guys. I have often streamed with nvenc at a bitrate of 6000, but since yesterday my bitrate is locked at 3000. But only at nvenc. When I switch to x264, the bitrate goes up to 6000. Have tried a lot, reinstalled, updated all drivers, OBS started as an administrator, etc.

Any Ideas?

Edit: Found out, if i double the Bitrate to 12000 on OBS i get 6k to twitch. So it cuts all in half. Why?

"Happy to help" without even helping me. I know nvenc isnt as good as x264 but it works. Normally. But thats not my problem. My problem is that OBS divides every bitrate by half (only nvenc).

So you want to tell me I was able to stream just over a year with nvenc and suddenly the bitrate is halved because of nvenc? I'm sorry if I seem naughty now, but I have the feeling that you either have no idea what you are talking about or you just do not understand me.

This happened after a NVIDIA driver update, some time ago. But in the end, it doesn't really matter. If the image complexity (movement) increases, the bitrate will also increase to around 6000, or whatever you set it too.
