About ~4 months ago my GTX 580 started dying and i got OBS/sony vegas/GPU-Z crash.

The obs/GPU-Z crash happens when i open my encoding tab (UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: c0000005 Fault address: 00007FFC31247259 (c:\windows\system32\nvcuda.dll)) (ill upload the .dmp)

After my gtx 580 died i used some crappy 2008 radeon 4300 series card, and this week i got my parts:
Mobo Asus z97-E
cpu: i5-4690k
gpu:gtx 970
Also tried 3 different ram

I'm still experiencing this issue (with all the programs) i've tried uninstalling all graphics drivers (AMD/ATI/Intel/Nvidia) using DDU multiple times, tried over 10 different Nvidia drivers. Nothing helps.

However, if i completely delete my nvcuda.dll from system32 OBS works and i can access the encoding tab, but i can't use the shadowplay nvenv encoder.

I'm not sure but i believe that removing a file such as nvcuda.dll might be the reason i cant use the nvenc encoder.
