You got one too many game capture sources. Use only one per scene collection.

I got the same problem aswell. I've had several scenes (for each game one scene). I wasnt quite sure if this was the problem. But, what I did was:
- completely uninstalled OBS (even with user settings)
- reinstalled it
- added one scene for any game
So basically I got one scene and in this one scene I capture every game I want to play. So instead of having 15 different scenes with the same design I only got one scene which holds all games.
This solved my problem!
Maybe this is worth a try. Make sure to make a backup of your Scenes and Profiles before uninstalling!!!
