I´m streaming a show (just me talking, sometimes with a skype guest) and last two streams, for a couple of minutes, one or twi times, Youtube show this: youtube is not receiving enough video to maintain smooth streaming. Thenit chnages to Excellent again.

Is the problem Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls?
If so... how can i fix this? I´m using ethernet and maybe it worth mention the bitrate square at the bottom right of obs is always green.
