Null in YouTube Live

I am attempting to use OBS to stream to YouTube live. I have everything set up - excellent connection but the window in YT Live is black and shows null! in the window. I have attempted to change the graphic setting suggested but have the same result. Do I need a more powerful graphic card for this to work? I am trying to set up equipment to run live announcements. Would I be better getting a desktop with a low end graphic card instead of using a laptop?

What's "null"?

So far, there are three new people over 3 years that claim the same vague term, but nobody defines it. Which is probably why it still doesn't have an answer. Nobody knows what you're talking about.
