I am a novice to using OBS. I was able to successfully convert 8MM video to digital but the end result is grainy and off-color (worse than the original 8MM video). I see that there are numerous settings that can be adjusted, but I am unsure of the combination of settings to maximize the quality of the output. I also read where the capture conversion hardware device (RCA to USB plugin) could also impact the quality of the conversion. While I am very computer literate, the world of video editing, production, etc. is NOT my forte. Looking for some handholding on how to generate higher quality results.
