Nothing happens when I open OBS

I reinstalled it, and deleted %appdata%\obs-studio, installed latest graphic driver but nothing changed.
What else could I do?

I figured out. E-book app's DRM service caused that.
You could find what program crashes your obs in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive/AppCrash_obs64...
See the date, select the appropriate folder, and open the wer file inside to the notepad to check the log.
There is variable named Sig[3].Name=Error module name. It is the program which is the owner of the folder containing the file written below.
