Question / Help Nothing appears, only the cursor at several spots

I'm using a desktop and can't get anything but my cursor to appear.
I tried to configurate according to youtube videos, using the assistant and neither can I capture my game nor the regular screen.
My computer operates on Windows 10, 64-bit.
