Question / Help notebooks for streaming?

Hi guys i would like to know some informations about streaming potentials from good notebooks like i7 and stuff.

1. How much power is needed to stream like 720p very good quality games? will like 3GHZ 4cores processor with radeon 7970 be enough?
2. How much ram is needed? probably 2GB is too low but is 4GB enough?

3. how about 1080p streaming? what is needed for that?

4. any notebook streaming thread here?

The only thing I will say is to not buy a laptop or notebook with AMD graphics, ever. AMD does not do laptop graphics very well.

If you want a serious, high resolution and/or high FPS stream, get a desktop, laptops are not really recommended. Though they can work fine, and if you absolutely must use a laptop for whatever reason, then get a top-end laptop only (with nvidia graphics only, just because they are the only ones with good laptop drivers).
