Question / Help Not sure why I'm getting some stream lags!!

I'm dropping no frames when using game capture on/with dota 2 but the stream lags sometimes, like it has to buffer. Why is this?

Buffering means you aren't able to get data from Twitch as fast as the streamer is sending it out. This is a problem between Twitch and individual viewers, not with your stream. However streaming at high bitrates without partnership makes it more likely that viewers will have trouble watching, so you can lower your bitrate to make the issue less likely to affect your viewers.

With lowered bitrate wouldnt I need a lower resolution?
*Edit: And I couldn't say for sure if it is "buffering lag" but since I'm not dropping frames and my internet is healthy what else could it be? Maybe my internet isn't healthy
**Edit: Lowered my bitrate to 3k and 3.5kbuffer and it wasn't lagging as much so that might have been the problem:)
