Question / Help Not sure whats the best settings for streaming/ recording

I have been trying to stream for awhile now and I can't quite find the best settings for my computer. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!
My specs are as follows.
Processor- Intel i5 6600K @ 3.50Ghz
Graphics- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
Memory- 16gb corsair
Motherboard- ASRock b150M Pro4V

I also get 15 down and 2 up
