Question / Help Not sure if this is OBS or something Twitch is doing

For the last few days, if my Stream goes over an hour or more, OBS or Twitch is cutting the stream into seperate videos. My viewers also mentioned that the stream went black for a couple of seconds before returning to the game. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's on Twitch's side, but I do believe something is wrong. It's not supposed to cut up the VODs, but rather split it up into one hour segments when saving them so that you or your editors can go back and add a highlight while you're still streaming.

If it keeps splitting them up into separate VODs, you might want to contact Twitch support.

Thanks. Yeah, if it continues I'll hit up Twitch support. I'm sure they'll give me a list of trouble shooting steps. When that fails, they'll tell me it's OBS. lol
