Not seeing any windows in windows capture

Hi, I am new to OBS. I cannot see any windows other than the default OBS window when trying to set a window to capture. I want to use my PP'T window.

Hi, I did not mention that I am running on a Macbook Air 13 inch, Early 2015, 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB.
