Question / Help not responding on startup

whenever I start up obs, it stays on white screen. when i open task manager to close it, it always says it is not responding. i've reinstalled obs 3 times and is not fixed. edit: on laptop if that helps?

Your OBS configuration might be damaged. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to %APPDATA%\obs-studio and remove/rename this directory. After that, OBS will start fresh.
Since the configuration survives any reinstallation, you can reinstall as often as you want without any change.
