Question / Help Not recording multiple tracks

I am trying to separate my desktop and mic audio so I can edit them independently. I have watched a bunch of how to's but for some reason the only time I can get both audios to record at the same time is if they are both on track 1.
Here is my settings

In this setup when I record you can hear the desktop clearly but the mic is very faint.
If I switch tracks 1 and 2 and record its revers. I can here the mic clearly but the desktop is very faint.

Any ideas what would cause this?
Thanks

im also having this same issue it shows that its picking up the second desktop audio but when i pull up the video file in premiere pro the second track (which is the desktop audio) is not there. hopefully someone can help with this.

I am still having this issue. just for testing I did a format reload of windows and reinstalled OBS.
I have tried using each of the encoder options (NVENC H.264, QuickSync H.264, and x264)
I have tried the MKV, MOV, and MP4 formats

All using the advanstced audio settings of
Track1 = Mic & Desktop
Track2 = Mic
Track3 = Desktop

It outputs with 2 tracks that are both the same audio.

Is there a more official way to submit a ticket?
