Question / Help not picking up desktop/mic at same time

I've been messing around with settings and don't know what I did exactly, but my mic and the desktop audio do not pick up together unless there's an echo of me speaking, and I can't hold my train of thought in order to deal with that. What did I mess up? Thank you for your help, my log is attached.

Have you checked all your audio tracks in a GOOD media player like vlc?

I have no idea how to do that or what that is, i'm just trying to figure out what I messed up in settings because it has worked in the past.

Then what did you change?

As previously stated, I do not know. I only know whatever it is I did is affecting my audio and not letting me record desktop and mic audio simultaneously.
