Question / Help Not outputting to twitch?

Today I was planning to stream as I have been for the past few months, but when I open obs and click "start streaming" it tells me that I am live and shows the kb/s that I am getting. Then I check my dashboard and my stream, and it says im still offline? I restarted my computer a few times aswell as checking to see that my stream key was as it was supposed to be. I tried on studio aswell and still no output, yet others on twitch are streaming so It isnt a full website problem. Also note I have perfect connection to the internet aswell. Any help? Also if you need anymore info just ask, thanks!

It happens sometimes. My go to workaround is taking down the stream, resetting the stream key and trying again. Is the issue persistent or was it just happening one night?
