Change the Preset to HP (High Performance), the Profile to High, and change 2-pass to False.

You want this number to be less than 1%. Although, you said the video is fuzzy which I can't account for by this, this should have only made it choppy.

17:28:25.602: Output 'adv_file_output': Total drawn frames: 9972 (10007 attempted)
17:28:25.602: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 35 (0.3%)

Its better according to that. Can you upload your file to a filesharing website so that we can see for ourselves?

Looks fine to me. Its not high action gameplay though. But it doesn't look blurry or unsmooth at all.

The only other thing I can suggest in that case is to choose a lower CQP value. Instead of 18 try 15 or 12.

Do a recording with a CQP of 15, make it a recording of high action gameplay, and post it up again. I don't really know what you mean by "Like I can see pixels" I guess.
