Question / Help NOT GETTING AUDIO FROM PS4 THROUGH OBS

https://gist.github.com/77b9fbcbecff842d52d6 im getting sound from ps4 to elgato game capture but from the cap to obs im getting nothing the only option i have for sources for game capture is in the "window capture" selection which wouldnt make sense cuz i need sound and all too not just video......ive gone to tons of forums and never even get replied to...PLEASE HELP

First, don't use window capture in OBS for Mac if you can avoid it. It doesn't perform very well due to Apple's implementation of Window capture. Instead I recommend either getting EyeTV from Elgato (free for Elgato users, just email them) and capturing with Syphon, or use Display capture and crop to the sides.

As for audio, since you can't add the Elgato directly, you have to have the Elgato output to your computer speakers, and then capture that using something like WavTap. Follow this guide for details: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/setting-up-mac-desktop-sound-capture-with-wavtap.79/
