As mentioned above im having an issue with OBS as of now. I stream perfectly fine all the time, cutting off the bit cup when i can to reduce lag and making sure im streaming 720p60, Since the new update hit "21.1.0" I've been having this issue. For the past view days my game had been stuttering, ( Lag for 1 sec, fine the other then lag again ) Over and over and over again. Now im seeing this happen to me when i ( For example ) enter a new zone in a game or starting up a game on steam. Even a loading screen on wow triggers this stuttering. Can anyone help me ? This has me going insane !
