Not Enough Space to Record Even Though I Have Enough Space

I keep getting this message:
Error writing to 'D:/GOW/Footage/2023-07-12-10-26-35.mp4, Invalid argument
av_interleaved_write_frame failed: -1: Operation not permitted

It then says I don’t have enough space to record even though I have 540 GBs out of 545 GBs on my external hard drive. Please help!
