Not Connecting to Facebook Live

It seems the OBS live stream connection to Facebook is back again. I’ve rebooted the computer, restarted OBS several times, and tried the browser (Chrome) refresh a number of times.

Are others experiencing this, and have you discovered a work around?

It worked well for the first three services of Holy Week, but stopped working on Wednesday and Thursday, and again today.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Which issue? there is
1. OBS Studio showing green stream connection indicator, but FB's /live/producer not showing video preview
or, a completely separate issue
2. not being able to get stream connection working at all?

I'm on an older version of OBS Studio, and Windows 10... we did have the /live/producer preview issue (FB web page code issue)... but not recently (months ago) and not last night (Maundy Thursday service). We have not had issue of not being able to stream. For reference... We do NOT use Persistent Stream Key (basic security issue) and we do Schedule our Broadcasts (so non-FB users can watch services at same URL for every service)

My issue is not getting the connection at all. Step 1 never indicates connection, however, Step 2 recognizes the title ands description have been completed. Of course, without BOTH steps 1 and 2 indicating completed, you can’t get to step 3 (Go Live) . We are running OBS 31.0.2. I am currently away, so I can’t have a Quick Look at the log file.
