Not being able to connect my twitch account to OBS

So I started using OBS today and I'm having a bit of a situaion here. I am not able to connect my twitch account with OBS but I was able to stream today using the stream key. When I try to connect it the pop up screen is blank and it also happened the same with the panels all blank. I reinstalled the program to see if the problem got fixed but nothing changed. So I don't have a log file

I already tried that and it still not showing anything in the login pop up and also on the panels
