Clocksource.lua will not show up in sources, files are where they are supposed to be. Move Transition 2.4.4 will not work in OBS 27.0.1, you need Move Transition 2.4.1 or lower. You'll bang your head agaisn't the wall trying to figure out why they aren't working.
