Question / Help Not able to Start Streaming

This is the part of the log where things go wrong:

19:27:48.425: [NVENC encoder: 'simple_h264_stream'] Failed to open NVENC codec: Function not implemented
19:27:48.425: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!

Please help!
