Not able to skip through saved recordings

I disabled Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler but it did not fix the issue

You need modern player to playback fragmented mp4 recordings with all features. You can try "mpv player" to playback videos instead of your default media player.
Also, you can remux mp4 to plain format (not streamable) before opening it in old player.
