Not able to record this particular software. Obs shows desktop while trying to record this software.

A good description of your issues encountered is far more important for (non-profit) people here to help you out. Nobody wants to "fix" (even if it would been possible) foreign software here. ;)

Hii..thanks for your reply and time.
But the video didn't helped me (actually my issue itself is different)

funny part is, i cant even take a screenshot of this software and obs together. guess the software has some high level security.
