Question / Help Not able to record more than 20 seconds

Hello,
I got this app downloaded few days ago and tried recording my screen. I'm not able to record more than 20 seconds. And my mouse movement is not inline with my audio.
I'm using laptop with corei5 7th Gen processor, Nvidia GFORCE graphics card, 8 GB RAM Windows 10
Please suggest.
