Not able to record AdobeConnect session

Hey there,
I'm trying to record an Adobeonnect session (I'm using the Adobe connect app on my windows 10 machine).
Yet I'm getting a black screen(sometimes when opening it loads a bit and it gets stuck). I'm using the window capture as a source.
This works for some other applications but not all.
