hey guys,i've made couple threads on this site because im dealing with some problems.Ive streamed on twitch for a little time now with a really low end pc (i3 4160 GTX 960) using nvec and locking my fps at 60 most games ran fine like rainbow six and fortnite.4 days ago i bought myself a new cpu a Ryzen 5 2600 and since then im trying to set it up,but i get this really annoying issue where every 5-10 seconds my game laggs/stutters making my gameplay unplayable,My game is locked at 75fps (My refresh rate) and obs is at 60 no dropped frames both on obs and my games.i get this only when im using x264 even if my cpu sits around 40-50%,ram 70-80% and gpu usually 50-90% (depends on the game)
