Question / Help Nood Streamer, having frame skip problems.

I have mainly everything set up correctly for the most part.
The only thing that is going wrong is that the stream its self skips so many frames all the time, and lags a lot.
I'm currently using Twitch to stream, i'm trying to stream CSGO btw.

You do not need 4000kbps to stream in 300p. Try dropping that to 1000kbps.

you should have no problem so stream 720@60 with 3k bitrate and still have no performance issues in csgo (or whatever your 1.5 downscale option is i actually thinkg 1.25 would be enough of downscale)
