Question / Help noob help is my pc good enough to record ps4

Hi

Please excuse my ignorance and noobiness I hope you wiont mind helping me.

I am looking to record PS4 on my laptop using an elgato hd60 but only at 30fps

It says my pc needs 2ghz

on my pc specs in one bit it says I have 3 ghz and on another it says 1.9 ghz...???

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3517U CPU @ 1.90GHz, 1901 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)




Will I have enough juice for this or not. I understand 60fps or streaming live takes more power but I just want to record clips so I can edit them.

Really appreciate your time and advice.

It's not great, but it should work well enough for recording. You can just use the CPU's Quick Sync hardware encoding support.
